Als Allonge
wird ein Anhang oder Verlängerungsstück bei Namenspapieren
bezeichnet und muss mit der Haupturkunde fest verbunden sein. Dabei muss über
eine besondere Kennzeichnung die Verbindungsstelle kenntlich gemacht werden, so
dass eine Abtrennung offensichtlich würde. |
